Prism and Pearl was created with a simple idea. Every woman deserves to feel the beauty and confidence that comes with fine jewellery, without waiting for a special occasion. Our founder, Dana Lightbody, has spent more than fifteen years supporting women in leadership. She saw how confidence grows when women feel polished and powerful in their everyday lives.

Prism and Pearl was born to bring that feeling within reach.

We design elegant pieces that look and feel like high end diamonds without the price or the pressure. Our jewellery is made for women who want luxury they can wear with ease. We use GRA certified moissanite paired with sterling silver finished with platinum so every piece catches the light beautifully and lasts through everyday wear.

Every item comes with a certificate from the Gemological Research Association which confirms the quality of the stone.

About Our Founder

My career has always been about lifting women up. As the founder and chief executive of The Leadership Institute, I have spent almost fifteen years helping women build confidence and step into leadership with clarity and presence. I speak at events across Australia and support women in every industry as they grow into roles they once thought were out of reach.
