Prism & Pearl was created with a simple idea: every woman deserves to feel the beauty and confidence of fine jewellery, without waiting for a special occasion. We make GRA-certified moissanite pieces in sterling silver, designed to be worn to work, at the weekend and everywhere in between.
Our story
I lost my diamond tennis bracelet. Replacing it meant spending thousands all over again, or taking a chance on a website I couldn't be sure was real. Neither felt right, so I built the brand I was looking for.
My career has always been about lifting women up. As founder and chief executive of The Leadership Institute, I have spent more than a decade helping women build confidence and step into leadership with clarity and presence. Prism & Pearl comes from the same belief.

Prism & Pearl is the heart project I always wanted to create. Jewellery has always helped me feel powerful, feminine and grounded, and I wanted to share that feeling with more women.
