Tell us your preferred stone, metal, stone size and ring size, and we will send you a personalised quote.

03 We create your CAD design
Our technicians draw your piece as a detailed 3D CAD design, so you can see it from every angle.

04 Approve every detail
Review the design, ask for any changes, and approve it when it is exactly right. Nothing is made before then.

05 Handcrafted for you
Your piece is made to order in 6 to 8 weeks, then delivered with tracking in our signature gift box with its IGI or GRA certificate.

Choose your stone

Every bespoke piece can be set with an IGI-certified lab-grown diamond or GRA-certified moissanite. Not sure which is right for you? We will talk you through both when we prepare your quote.

IGI-certified lab-grown diamond

A real diamond, grown in a laboratory rather than mined. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically the same as mined diamonds, rated 10 on the Mohs scale, and each stone is independently graded by IGI for cut, colour, clarity and carat.

GRA-certified moissanite

Our signature stone. Moissanite has more fire than diamond, with flashes of rainbow colour in the light, and at 9.25 on the Mohs scale it is made for everyday wear. Each stone comes with a GRA certificate, and it is the most accessible way into a larger centre stone.

Every bespoke piece is handcrafted in the solid metal of your choice.

9K gold

Solid gold with a soft, warm glow. Hard-wearing and the most accessible way into solid gold. Yellow, white or rose.

14K gold

The favourite for engagement rings and everyday pieces, with a richer colour and excellent durability. Yellow, white or rose.

18K gold

Our most luxurious gold, with the deepest colour and the highest gold content. Yellow, white or rose.

    How long does a bespoke piece take?

    Once you approve your CAD design, your piece is made to order in 6 to 8 weeks, then shipped with tracking. If you have a proposal or event date in mind, tell us when you enquire.

    Can I use my own design?

    Yes. Share a sketch, photos or any inspiration, and our technicians will turn it into a CAD design for you to review and approve.

    Can I change one of your existing designs?

    Absolutely. Many clients start with a piece from our collection and change the metal, the stone or its size, or the band. Tell us what you would like and we will include it in your quote.

    Which stones can I choose?

    IGI-certified lab-grown diamond. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically identical to mined diamonds. Each stone is independently graded by IGI for cut, colour, clarity and carat.

    GRA-certified moissanite. Moissanite offers exceptional fire and brilliance and is the more accessible option. Your quote will show both stones side by side so you can compare.

    How does payment work?

    Your quote sets out the price and payment terms in full before anything is made, so you know exactly what to expect.

    Can I return a bespoke piece?

    Because every bespoke piece is made just for you, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is why you approve the CAD design before we begin.
